With all the meats I’m guessing it’s an alambre torta or sandwhich cause tortas use different bread which is round. They use like most the meats they probably cook there and usually pretty dank. Either that or it’s a type or bbq sandwich and doing the same. Used to get one called the willy Nelson at this little bbq joint buy you can tell what was on it and the menu was in English 😄
